Meet Ferenc Berszán, Head of Business Development at QTICS Group and TAM CERT. In the latest Europrivacy video interview, he explains why they decided to become an accredited Certification Body to deliver Europrivacy certifications in compliance with the GDPR.

TAM CERT was the first Certification Body to receive accreditation to deliver Europrivacy certificates under Art. 43 GDPR two years ago. Since then, they have delivered several certificates to Applicants around Europe, including Allianz, PwC Luxembourg, Lotus Cars Europe, and CASD Data Technology. We look forward to continue recording more of their certifications!

The Europrivacy criteria have been approved by the European Data Protection Board (EDPB) to serve as official European Data Protection Seal under Art. 42 (5) GDPR. The Europrivacy certification ensures that personal data are effectively processed in compliance with the GDPR, thanks to regular controls performed by independent and qualified auditors and supported by an ecosystem of excellence.
