Complaint Procedure

Europrivacy has clear and user-friendly procedure for handling complaints. 

If the complaint concerns a certification, you are invited to submit your complaint to the certification body in charge of the related certification. The certification body has the duty to examine and process any complaint that is supported by evidences.  

If your complaint concerns the licensing of a certification body, you can submit your complaint through the contact form and a professional will analyze and follow up with your complaint.
