📃 ✅ CASD has received a Europrivacy certification delivered by TAM CERT for a methodology of accessing various data, including personal data for statistical or research purposes in secure environments.

A Europrivacy certificate is delivered under Art. 43 GDPR and registered in the official registry of Europrivacy certificates managed by the European Center for Certification and Privacy. This enables anyone to check and authenticate valid certificates.

Reflecting the principles of Art. 42 GDPR, Europrivacy enables companies to demonstrate their compliance with the GDPR. Europrivacy provides an efficient mechanism to check, document, certify, value and enjoy compliance. Certification is the only mechanism that ensures effective compliance through annual audits of conformity by independent experts. While several more companies are in the process of certifying their data processing activities, we congratulate CASD for being at the forefront of adopting this mechanism.
