Reporting and Complaint Procedure

 

You are invited to report any breach of our rules, terms and conditions, or intellectual property rights through the Reporting and Complaints Form

You can also fill a formal complaint: 

If your complaint concerns a delivered certification, you are invited to first submit it directly to the certification body in charge of the related certification. It is the duty of the certification body to examine and process any complaint related to their delivered certificates.  

If the certification body did not address your complaint and it is related to one of our certification schemes, you can submit your complaint through the Reporting and Complaints Form. To process a formal complaint, it must:

1.    be documented with factual evidence;
2.    designate the requirement or rule that is considered to be breached;
3.    provide a clear identification and contact details of the complaining party.
