Complaint Procedure

Europrivacy has procedures for handling complaints. 

If the complaint concerns a delivered certification, you are invited to submit your complaint to the certification body in charge of the related certification. It is the duty of the certification body to examine and process any complaint that is supported by evidences.  

If your complaint concerns the licensing of a certification body, you can submit your complaint through the contact form and a professional will analyse and follow up with your complaint.

In all cases, complaints must:

  1. be documented with factual evidence;
  2. designate the requirement or rule that is considered to be breached;
  3. provide a clear identification and contact details of the complaining party.
